Charlie Core is the platform, the day to day tools for time off, onboarding, your handbook, and your team's HR data. Charlie Grow adds the team: a dedicated, CIPD qualified advisor who gets to know your business and helps you build and operationalise a people strategy around your actual goals, plus AskCharlie, our always on AI, for the questions that can't wait. Core tells you what to record. Grow helps you decide what to do.

Do I keep the same advisor, or does my relationship with Charlie change?

You keep your existing customer success manager, but when you sign up to Grow, you also gain a dedicated HR advisor who gets to know your business properly. With Grow, you'll also have access to AskCharlie, coming soon, always on for your HR questions. If ever your advisor is unavailable, we have a team of advisors who can step in.

What's the actual discount for existing customers, and how long is it available?

20% discount! It's a bundled discount for existing Charlie Core customers who want to add Grow. Once you sign up, that discount is yours for as long as you're with us. The window to lock in this offer won't be open forever, so message your customer success manager for the details.

How quickly can we get started once we upgrade?

Quick, we'll start with a kick off call, then get to work. If you're adding a handbook or contract review, that typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, with your advisor keeping you posted throughout. Live chat and email are open the whole time for anything that can't wait.

Can I downgrade back to Core later if Grow isn't the right fit?
