It’s not sending out hundreds of performance reviews, it’s Steven’s promotion. It’s not a pile of anonymous requests, it’s approving Priah's honeymoon. 

Since we know all of this, and it’s part of our day-to-day, we just thought it made sense to make it our mission to make HR effortless for small businesses.
