Patrick has spent 4.5 years at CharlieHR, joining as an Operations Associate and developing into the Chief of Staff role — reporting into the COO for the majority of that time, and more recently into the CFO. Their key focus is helping the leadership team deliver on strategic priorities. They do this by acting as a thought-partner to the CEO, bringing energy and clarity to cross-functional workstreams, and creating extra capacity when a project doesn't have an obvious owner. Patrick values being surrounded by brilliant people driving toward lofty goals — who are also kind and humble.
