Alisa Mistry is an HR professional with a Level 7 CIPD Qualification and a BA Law. With 10+ years' experience across outsourced consultancy and in-house roles, specialising in small and medium-sized businesses (with larger corporate experience too). Employee relations is her core strength — complex ER cases, long-term sickness, redundancies and restructures — but she works across the full breadth of HR, because growing businesses need someone who sees the whole picture, not just a specialist in one area. She works as an embedded strategic partner to founders and leadership teams, designing people strategies, building scalable HR processes and progression frameworks, embedding AI into HR workflows, and delivering hands-on training and org design support. She believes HR should be human and genuinely useful — a driver of growth, not just compliance.
