Craig currently leads People & Culture at DeepMind, where he's been since 2020, and is also Owner and Director of Atypic Ltd., helping early-stage companies get the people fundamentals right. Before this, he was Head of People at Scape Technologies (acquired by Facebook), where he supported the business through a major acquisition, and spent over three years at Lloyds Banking Group leading People Transformation. His earlier career includes a Senior Learning and Development Partner role at ASOS.com.
