Luula is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of AdamHR Solutions, a role she's held since May 2022. Before founding her own venture, Luula spent over five and a half years at CharlieHR, most recently as HR Lead (Sep 2021 – Aug 2024) and previously as Senior HR Business Advisor - Consulting (Feb 2019 – Aug 2024). In this consulting role, she managed her own portfolio of small businesses and startups, coaching teams at some of the UK's fastest-growing and most innovative companies. Her key responsibilities included handbook and policy creation, ensuring HR processes were legally compliant, developing company culture to drive competitiveness and talent attraction, and providing tailored employee relations advice across areas including benchmarking, restructuring, redundancies, performance management, disciplinaries, dismissals, grievances, absence management, onboarding, and Brexit-related guidance. She also served as a business-facing HR advisor during COVID-19, helping clients navigate pandemic-related workforce challenges.
