Tom is a product leader with more than 15 years of varied experience across B2C, B2B, and SaaS. He is currently Product Director at Ticket Tailor, a role he's held since September 2022. Before this,Tom spent over five years at CharlieHR, where he built the product management function from scratch — first joining as Product Manager in 2017 before being promoted to Head of Product in 2018. In this role, he led all things product-related at the B2B SaaS startup, taking it from an early-stage product function to achieving £3.5M ARR, 40% year-on-year growth, and ultra-low customer churn rates. Earlier in his career, Tom was Product Director at Songkick, further building on a career spent leading product teams across different business models and stages of growth.
